In the interests of staying alive, I've been staying indoors every other day (at a minimum). But with new alcohol intake and my inability to cycle 20+ km every day I am gaining weight to the point that some of my shirts are tight.
So I'm going to start walking every day. And I'll knock out the week-day drinking. Also, I'll kick the candied sweet potato snacks I've been eating. Time to eat tins of beans as a snack!
