Arnold Schwarzenegger uncharacteristically plays a corrupt DEA agent in this movie of suspected revenge by one of his gang's victims. I couldn't really follow this thing, which veers wildly in tone and content between slasher and dirty cop. At some point, I gave up trying to make sense of it, but as it rounded for home I realized that there would be no payoff.
