unnecessary goop

I bought some goop to remove a rubbery-looking streak from the side of our car only to find that the auto shop had removed it for me. I was shocked because they hadn't charged us while doing some repairs for a fender-bender after previously quoting $400 for the work.
Now what will I do with solvent that removes gooey residue? Oh right, I have kids, there will be no shortage of goo.
