three months to fix a fender-bender
the journal of Michael Werneburg
twenty-seven years and one million words
Between Sonnet insurance and Toronto Honda it's taken 3 months to fix a bumper cover; I now have to actively manage both daily. When Mari last picked up the supposedly fixed car, she discovered that the reverse proximity warning wasn't working. Once again, the auto shop contacted the insurance company. And once again, a week or more went by with no action until I followed up directly. Sonnet's been completely disinterested in working with us on this claim, and the auto shop's been just as bad but then also managed to damage the reverse sensor. I'm strongly inclined to never do business with either again.
