My multi-annual plan to reduce emails has continued. Looking back, I count only 8,886 emails on my personal and business addresses. Over the past three years it's looked like this:
2017: 18,000+
2018: 11,800
2019: 8,900
The difference between 2017 and 2018 was almost 40%. The drop between 2018 and 2019 was not quite 20%. And of course the difference between 2017 and 2019 was just over 50%. Hooray!
But I fear that 2020 will not have more than perhaps a 900 email reduction if those rates hold true, but that would leave me at 8,000. Yet that would be less than half the rate of 2017.
