happy Fibonacci day, everyone

It's Fibonacci day, 11/23 - derived from the sequence in the Fibonnaci series where you find each number by adding the two before. Starting with a 0 and 1, this yields the third value, another 1 (1 + 0). Then you add 1 + 1 and get 2, the fourth number of the sequence. Soon, you've got 0,1,1,2,3,5,8,13,21,34....
Thanks to my mum for the tip on this fun new (to me) day.
Three good things that happened today:
- I told one of the math nerds at work, "Happy Fibonacci day," he did 3.5 seconds of thinking, and got it right away.
- I came down with one of my damn migraines but bounced right out of it with the help of my meds - ending a run of all of six days that had me happily surprised.
- I'm looking forward to getting my beater bike fixed up on the weekend - for once I have no chores or obligations for Saturday morning.
