first family cycle trip

The family took a cycle trip down to Tommy Thompson park today and had a fine time. The water is so high that several parts were flooded. Ken and I wanted to show the females our favorite fishing hole but couldn't get anywhere near it - that part of the shore is gone!
The weather was damn strange out there. Thick mist until past noon. As opposed to late Autumn, when warm water is bleeding off heat into the air and "sea fog" forms, this was water-cooled air that had been pushed to its dew point. Brrr!
No wonder the fishing's been so terrible this Spring.
