three weeks of cycling and I gain 2kg

twenty-eight years and a million words

After three weeks of cycling 23km every day I've actually gained two kilos. Something doesn't add up.

Three good things that happened today:

1. The rain held off 'til I was safely in the office. The N/NW wind picked up in time to blow me home.
2. Things are picking up at the new job.
3. Mari's nephew arrives in just four days. He's staying with us for three weeks.
