My musician friend Kevin Atwood has died, as humorous and sweet a fellow as you'll ever meet. We'd meet every month or two for a regularly scheduled lunch – a rare feat in Toronto where such get-togethers never seem to happen. He was a kind fellow, and a good friend. I'll really miss him!
