Today, I completed one of the most intensive training programs of my life. The course may be over, but I have a feeling I'll be catching up over a period of weeks or months to come. I take it that that's a good sign – better to be catching up for part of a year (at least) than to have spent money on something that wasn't extending or rewarding.
