forecast so wrong, I had to buy a jacket

This morning the weather forecast said high of 29° and sunny, no mention of rain. I dressed for that, and tolerated the cool weather cycling in. But watching the day develop, I thought, WTF, this isn't shaping up. So at around 11 o'clock, I checked again. The forecast then read that we'd attain a briefly held high of 23°, with 30% chance of rain "near noon", and a balmy 15° as I was to cycle home in shorts and a golf shirt. Rrrrr.

So I went to MEC and bought a blazer. Happily, it was half-price.
