While cleaning out the basement of the family cottage, I found an 8mm projector. I still have several of my old 8mm films, things like stop-motion action. But it turns out that the projector is missing a take-up reel. So naturally I went to Active Surplus, around the corner from my office, and bought an audio tape reel, of which they had several.
This clever idea wasn't mine, but rather the immediate suggestion of the staff. On the box it says that the content had been imported for the R.C.M.P!
