I would never have guessed, but Sony truly leading innovation in the camera market these days. Where has this company been for the past 20-30 years? Here I'm speaking about amazing gear like the "full-frame", but compact semi-DSLR A7 line. It's expensive all right, but in the right hands it's amazing what can be done with something have the size of an old SLR.
Of course, that model - for just the body alone - is twice my potential budget. And with a replacement for my bike in the works, I won't be buying any new camera gear any time soon.
