I know all the young dudes gotta ride fixies with feet velcro'd in, but fer god's sake wear a helmet. The fixie endo I watched tonight—the third I've seen in as many years—was entirely the rider's fault, as usual (you just had to change your sweater while riding, o hot-dog). But this young dude didn't look so hot with his face and arms scratched up and his girl telling him she "knew that was going to happen".
