Cycle Toronto's "32 Spokes" in Ward 32 has managed to get a contra-flow bike lane through the PWIC today. Congratulations to David, our leader on the effort, for getting approval at the Public Works and Infrastructure Committee. Now it's in the hands of city council (who seem to be concerning themselves with some fairly minor things, IMHO).
