I'm now cycling with a seat without a 'horn'. It changes the way you work with the bike, and I've already noticed a substantial difference. This morning's ride was interrupted by two stops to make adjustments and was generally a slower and less steady affair than usual. But the ride home felt much more normal and fluid.
Hopefully it's going to contribute to the rehabilitation of my back, which is of course the whole point. We'll see.
