I am amazed at the variety of lousy project management software and software-as-a-service that exists today. We went through a dozen choices before finding something that suited our needs. And that includes several that as software packages failed to even install! It was actually quite a field of dismaying junk. We also found one vendor that refused to do business with us.

Here's the one we selected: Clarizen.
