It's funny, I'm in the midst of studying things like accountability and efficiency, and dropped two and half days of work right in the midst of several projects & initiatives because one of my kids got sick. I was used to being a parent and missing work from the time in early 2008 when two-month-old Ken needed surgery. But where's the accounting for the human element among all these theories I'm studying.
