This morning I wanted to look up a fellow who'd made a presentation at an event last week. Despite being a tax consultant with a major firm, he had LinkedIn profile at all.
I can't remember the last time I've seen that. I only had a casual question for him, I don't think it's something worth the "official channel" of email and certainly not a phone call. Guess that's that.
