I found some amusing guidance on who can serve as a director for federally-incorporated corporations in Canada.

5. Can a corporation be a director on the Board of Directors?

No, directors must be individuals.

Subsection 105(1) of the CBCA, disqualifies from being a director:

a) anyone who is less than eighteen years of age;

b) anyone of unsound mind;

c) a person who is not an individual;

d) and a person who has the status of bankrupt

How far do you suppose c) goes? Is there a test for individuality? E.g. if you watch too much television or rarely state your opinion, do you lose points?
