taller fish tank

I'm looking at upgrading our little 40 liter aquarium to a 60 liter "tall" variety that would allow us to retain the lid and lamp and filter. The primary reason to this thinking is that it's just really hard to keep such a small aquarium stable.

Also, I've been reading—in a book given to me by Rich, a much more experienced aquarium keeper—about a means of keeping a small aquarium stocked with plants but no fish that serves as a way station for new incoming fish. I don't bring in a lot of new fish but part of my struggles with the small tank as it is now is keeping a healthy balance for the plants. I think the lamp's too bright because all the plants are getting covered in algae despite my efforts to limit the hours that the lamp is on.

Now, where to buy a "tall" aquarium. I've found a source, but it's in Orangeville. Hmmm.
