twenty-eight years and a million words

At the end of a long day, I missed my streetcar by about ten seconds. That was at Church and Queen. I decided I'd head east along Queen and catch the next car at the next stop, but when I got to that stop there were no cars in sight. So I went on to the next stop. And the next, and kept going until I hit the river, about two kilometers east and more than twenty minutes later.

So I took a cab.

So glad I bought a Metropass!
