Sadly, the ground broken with the previous Harry Potter movies is forgotten in this confused mess. I feel like I needed to have read the book to understand this thing, and because I didn't -- and won't -- I guess I never will. I honestly don't feel like I'm missing much. I mean, there's a lot of time with this or that teen falling in love or being jealous or envious. I mean .. a lot. I felt like it wasn't necessary for me as a forty-year-old to see this.
