On the way home today, the streets were packed with cyclists. As soon as the weather climbs out of the single digits, they come.
And with them, naturally, are the cycle police. I ran into a trio at the tail end of my afternoon. Happily, I had my bell and my helmet, so I didn't get pulled over. $200+ in fines I didn't have to pay. I don't know about the long line of riders behind me.
