On the Toronto subway system, you see ads for many things. Right now, someone is advertising 14% return on property in "Fort Meyers".
I had no idea where the place was, nor why someone would have to advertise for investors in a property development scheme .. in the public transit of all places. Frankly, it sounded fishy. Then today I came across an article in the Washington Post about Fort Meyers, Florida. Can't possibly be the same spot, can it?
