Toronto's streets are so different from Tokyo's!
Broken pavement, street cars*, large and brilliant graffiti, aggressive panhandlers, street hot dog vendors, and of course confrontation. Today someone took one look at me in my shirt & tie and zip-up sweater from Mark's Work Wearhouse and said aloud, "A real anal type." Sigh.
Found some really good falafel at lunch while running some errands. No city has a monopoly on good food!
*technically, these do exist in some small corners of Tokyo.
