I had a conversation with someone who's seen his business's sales plummet 95% in the past two months.
And it's been getting him down. I had a look at the way he was selling his wares and was able to make some suggestions both for the visuals and the copy. Just the fact that I was willing to offer help turned his whole day around, he tells me.
Things aren't good right now, but it was good to be able to participate in such an exchange!
