poor man's MBA

the journal of Michael Werneburg

twenty-eight years and a million words

Tokyo, 2010.09.07

Have had some really good advice of late from someone who's been through the business creation and capital-raising process.

One interesting suggestion was to look at discounted cash flow as a way of framing our business. I think I've got the concept. Now to find someone to help me sort it out for my investor pitch....

Sometimes this venture feels like a crash-MBA course.

A lot of people lose the spirit of childhood. Every child has a lot of imagination and you lose it little by little. I don't know why, but I kept it.
