It's officially spring, and for once it's noticeable. Both good things and not so good things are happening.

There nice bird sounds coming in the window for once, not just the dull cries of crows. But on the other hand I seem to have a lingering problem with allergies. Yessir, that's the spring I've always known.

That said, I'll take these cool but pleasant days over the heat and mosquitoes of summertime. And this winter was largely a cloudy one, not as clear as the others I've seen in this city. So I welcome a change on that front too.
