I got my little Olympus rangefinder camera back on Sunday. Taking it out on the street this morning showed me that it's condition is much improved. It may have taken them two tries, but:
1. the focus works again, and not only that but with greater accuracy than ever
2. gone is the slight nagging looseness that allowed the lens assembly to move ever so slightly
3. the shutter even sounds better (but I may be dreaming)
I hope the results are as good as the camera's renewed vigor would hint. I missed the little camera more than I should have. It just wasn't the same with my relatively larger and heavier SLR gear.
