walking and reading

It's amazing, really, how quickly a small child's life evolves. Today my son walked the length of the apartment holding a book that he wanted me to read to him. He got to me and held it up with a hopeful look on his face.
I was working on something for the new business at the time, but of course had to put down my work.
And unless I'm very mistaken, he seems to know which books I can read and which his mum can read.
