cousins!

twenty-seven years and one million words
Ken got to meet his cousins again! Last time he was just an infant, and not able to really romp around with his cousins. This time it was all different: he was a crawling, squawking, toy-stealing machine. And is usually the case when exposed to other people for a while, he made quite a bit of developmental progress during our stay with the family in Miyazaki.
I thought he might come away from the long weekend down there talking, but he made his intent clear pretty early on. This was going to be his big foray into locomotion.
By the end of our stay he was a certified crawler, and had discarded many of his little-baby mannerisms. He's now a confident and speedy little guy, it's really something to see.
