I stepped on the scales today and learned that I've now gained some 8 kilos since I've been in Japan and am parked at 98kg. That's also three kilos above my stated "maximum" as per my rolled-over new year's resolution.
Yikes. No wonder half my pants don't fit.
Time to do something about it. Exercise clearly hasn't been enough, it's time to start dieting.
