We're in Taipei. I saw a shirt that had a badly peeling painted smurf on it, and beneath that the word "Smarf!"
I shoulda bought. Perhaps for Heidi.
Anyway, traffic in Taipei is somewhat reminiscent of Bangkok's traffic in its lack of order, except it's much faster and if anything there are even more motorcycles!
The food's good.
And surprisingly, the place reminds me of Canada. The people are friendly, but a tad overweight and generally dressed in an outdated fashion. Just like home. Also, the buildings are a mix of rundown old crud and modern glitzy stuff. Just like home!
