IKEA, Swedish for 'slow death'

Today, we went to IKEA for a wardrobe for the bedroom and a sofa for the living room. Three hours and $1100. Ouch. I detest shopping there, but my extensive shopping around for something tolerable and affordable in the way of sofas yielded nothing. This poverty stinks!
