sore from .. sanding?

I must be out of shape. All that sanding and whatnot on the weekend has left me with quite a number of sore muscles.
And today, I believe, is the beginning of allergy day. The trees have started to burst into greenery, and my sinuses have started to inflame. At least it's better than it was in Vancouver.
