The Stiffs, Gord's "drinking team with a softball problem" attended the West Queen Street (Illegal) Softball League's final game and subsequent banquet, today. I got an invite from Gord to help cheer on the two teams actually contesting the event (the Stiffs themselves only managed to make the final once, an event marred by a pre-game booze-up at Jon's place that somewhat altered their playing style, shall we say). Anyway, it was really good; especially the banquet at Jeff Healey's place at Queen and Bathurst.
