Signing the petition the other day required that I register to vote, something I haven't done in over a decade. So I went to the BC Elections site and asked for an application form. Much to my amazement, that form arrived today! And here I was beginning to think that nothing ever worked in this province, that BC stood for 'Basket Case'....
