The job search is continuing to be more eventful down here than in Vancouver. I applied for a position today with an ISP, only to learn later in the day that I have a contact there in a former coworker. He went to the HR person at the ISP and wangled my resume a move from the big 'in' pile to the 'referrals' pile, for which I am a grateful grapefruit.
