now it's cookware

the journal of Michael Werneburg

twenty-seven years and one million words

Toronto, 2001.07.22

Bought myself a small set of cookware today, in preparation for moving into my new place. God, I really must be in my 30's. Just ten (or so) days to go 'til I'm out in Vancouver.

My minidisc player is no longer correctly reading the table of contents from any of my disks. I've had it for two-and-a-half years, now, but I wasn't expecting troubles, period. Gotta get it fixed!

Fun retro fact, thirty-year-old-me: as with the knives, you still have that cookware, as of 2016.

rand()m quote

A civilization is a heritage of beliefs, customs, and knowledge slowly accumulated in the course of centuries, elements difficult at times to justify by logic, but justifying themselves as paths when they lead somewhere, since they open up for man his inner distance.
