swapping lenses

the journal of Michael Werneburg

twenty-eight years and a million words

Vancouver, 2001.08.28

I traded in one of my lenses today for another. I had discovered that my Minolta 70-210mm was somewhat limited. I had read good things about a Tamron model with the same range, and went across town to a place that was supposed to carry them new. They didn't have any new lenses, but they did have a used one. Including my trade-in, it cost $210. I'm very pleased.
