It turns out that the twelve helicopters over our office were a trial run for the marathon, when that many helicopters will be gathering to cover the event. Insane.
It's foggy again this morning, but the weather's already so warm it's hard to believe they call what we've been through a winter. And an ex-pat Scottish lady I work with tells me this was a cold one?
I just ran upsairs to watch the womens marathon zip by. But I somehow missed them - they'd already run by. They really move!
