This morning, I opened a letter from Energy Australia that arrived last night. It was final notice of their intent to sever our electricity feed. No one had been paying the bill. How is it possible that the made it four months without paying for the juice?
A few phone calls later, and it looks like we've got a new monthly expense! And it's not cheap. Maybe three times what we'd be paying in Ontario, or even more. But then, what isn't that pricey down here!
