I wasn't expecting much from this vampire flick but I was happily surprised. Sharply written, well acted, with great sets and a sufficiently tongue-in-cheek tone, this is a literally action-packed piece that doesn't dispense with ideas or characters to keep up the pace.

Strongly recommended.
