I bought this book on the advice of my university while doing my master dissertation. I cited it all of once, copying a table that explained the difference between qualitative and quantitative research. It's been a busy year, I'm on track to put five hundred hours into this dissertation, and I can barely recall anything of note about this piece. I do resent the textbook "industry", I think it's crummy that textbook authors wind up in mansions.

Definitely buy used.
