This is an interesting pic. The ghastly lighting comes from the street lamps, which themselves are nicely broken into stars by the glass of the lens(es). A car passed during this 30-45 second exposre, leaving a bright streak (and a long, thing smudge) across the far sid eof the road. Less obvious is the hint of a shape on the sidewalk directly down the middle of the image. I was passed by a muscular fellow in gym garb who was walking at a near jog. You can see three or four areas where a passing shape is suggested, all the way to the lower-right corner of the pic. I am a little surprised it isn't more obvious.
