After walking my bike with a flat for more than four kilometers I arrived at this, which the map said was a bicycle shop. I wound up convincing the fellow to help me patch my tube. It took something like 90 minutes. It might have been good for my Japanese skills, but I was left wondering why the fellow used the word "jidai" for the age of my tire when that's "age" as in "era", not as in "serviceable lifetime" or "how old is it".
