This is a tilefish, or in Japanese amadai. It took me several minutes to land, I'm not going to lie. The area has coral which I can assure you changes fishing considerably. This fish hooked itself down at 80m (~250ft) of water, you can see that its guts had started to expand out of its body due to the pressure change.
