toronto's inner west end

a photo collection
Visitors to Toronto are often disappointed by the pointed lack of fashion in the city. Tellingly, there is a 'fashion district' in Toronto but the name refers to the defunct manufacturing sector that left behind interesting buildings now given over to small businesses, restaurants, some nightclubs, and a media firm or two. Along with the graffiti-rich Queen Street West area west of Spadina, and the "entertainment district" around John Street, there's still plenty of interesting stuff going on despite the rapid redevelopment into faceless, pointless condo towers.
