day three

I've been on this green-light migraine therapy for only a couple of days but I'm now sure I'm sleeping better. I work up at 6:30 this morning. Not 5:30, not 4:30. And I have a feeling similar to the one you get when you're catching up on sleep after a couple of rough nights.

Also, I've now not had any caffeine at all for two days. I haven't had to reach for pain killers, either.

Maybe it's all in my head (haw, haw), but I'm hopeful.
